ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
Each yoga mat is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2 to 5 days for production before shipment.
📦 Estimated Shipping Times:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days (may arrive sooner)
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. For larger orders, please allow additional production time.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost in transit or you haven’t received your item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll file a claim with the shipping courier and work to resolve any shipping issues, ensuring you receive your order without further delays.
Unclaimed Orders and Incorrect Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to claim their order if it ends up at the post office. Please ensure that the contact and shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect the package, incorrect shipping details, or non-payment of taxes required by your country’s laws, Aura Yoga will not be able to issue a refund. Should the customer wish to have the order re-shipped, they will need to purchase the item again.
